（中央社記者劉麗榮台北7日電）國防部今天表示，經查陸航601旅旅長簡聰淵少將今年2月20日也有邀請親友共4人參觀機棚，國防部發言人羅紹和表示，簡聰淵被記過3次，並調離現職處分。
陸軍航空特戰指揮部601旅中隊前副隊長勞乃成中校3月29日帶李蒨蓉等一行親友到AH-64E阿帕契直升機的修護廠房參觀，甚至讓李蒨蓉坐進駕駛艙，模擬駕駛AH-64E，違反國軍資訊安全規定，讓李蒨蓉拍照留念。
陸軍阿帕契事件共分為兩案處理，「航空601旅違反內部管理案」和「私帶頭盔案」，身為航特部601旅旅長，簡聰淵在前案被記過2次，後案被記過乙次並調離現職。
國防部上午召開記者會，陸軍在「未遵營區會客規定」檢討部分指出，勞乃成3月29日邀請親友計26人，其中勞員小姨子的男友平山直人為日籍，另有4員外籍看護；勞乃成另曾於2月22日邀請親友計10員，參觀機棚。
