不僅如此，柯文哲接受電視台專訪時還曾信誓旦旦稱，局處群組24小時都要有專人負責看，如果全部沒讀或沒回，「那個局長就要換掉」。他也曾在臉書上寫，LINE聯絡事情免費又即時，還有統一發布的功能，北市府也建置了官方市政群組，邀請民眾一起「嗡嗡嗡」。

柯文哲自稱「酷吏」，如今卻有政風處官員，敢在上班時間討論股票，無疑是狠打市府一巴掌，證明所謂的「酷吏」，可能只是膨風的紙老虎。因為，就連專刮別人鬍子的政風處，都可以閒到鑽研股票、隔空與太座討論炒股；柯市府為何螺絲鬆成今天這副模樣，似乎是有跡可尋了。
